We are a group of European and African/Diaspora parents who are raising Afro-European children in contemporary Switzerland. Our main focus is to create a community where multi-ethnic and multicultural families can come together to connect, celebrate, explore, learn, play, and reflect. To achieve our goal, we have scheduled Meet & Play dates on the last Sunday of every month, with occasional exceptions.
It is important for us to provide a space where our children can engage with other Afro-European children living in Switzerland. As parents, we aim to pool our shared knowledge, lived experiences, and resources to raise empowered children.
Currently, we invite families with children aged 6 months to 12 years to join us. As our community further establishes itself, we plan to expand and include families with children in different age groups or developmental stages.
